Prophetess Tera Carissa Hodges a licensed and ordained minister of the gospel, has birthed a ministry where the concept, like all things in her life, was placed in her heart by God. The Founder of Life Now Ministries based in Atlanta, GA, Prophetess Tera Carissa, as she is affectionately called, hosts conferences throughout Atlanta, and travels domestically and abroad to preach Gods Word. A graduate of Florida A&M University armed with a Bachelors degree in Broadcast Journalism, Prophetess Tera Carissa believes in combining her professional gifts with her ministry gifts. I realized that like Joseph, everyone is not happy about what God has promised me. But, as I often share in sermons, Im so glad that before God decided to bless me, He did not ask a board of trustees, my enemies, or His enemies. My testimony is that God does not sit on a committee; He is the committee!

A professional writer since the age of 16 when her first news article made the front page of her hometowns paper, Prophetess Tera Carissa believes that writing is a powerful form of ministry.
When I consider that we have the Bible today because of what people wrote centuries ago, I am reminded of the power of writing. Its more powerful than a sermon on a cassette tape, because cassette tape players are no longer readily found. Its more powerful than a VHS tape, because again VCRs are no longer readily found. And, as the media changes, soon DVD players will no longer be found. But, books, and manuscripts, despite their format, will never go out of style.
